Because it's not a party unless there's beer.

UPDATE MAY 4, 2:21 p.m. EST:

The House of Representatives received enough votes to pass legislation on the repeal and replacement of Obamacare on Thursday. The bill, now, heads to the Senate for review.

ORIGINAL STORY: The U.S. House of Representatives has scheduled a vote for Thursday to repeal and replace Obamacare, House Republican leader Kevin McCarthy announced on Wednesday.

He said he believes that the party has enough support to successfully pass the legislation.

Even if the legislation is passed by the House, it won't immediately become law. First, it'll likely face opposition in the Senate.
