Trump surrogate Lt. General Michael Flynn was also skeptical.
Edward Snowden, something of an expert on government technology, had an answer.
This may have been because many of the emails found were reportedly duplicates.
Snowden also attempted to dissuade fears of hacked votes rigging the election.
